Due to the overwhelming number of homeless pit bulls in animal shelters, Pit Bull Rescue San Diego is unable to accept owned or stray dogs into our program at this time (other than dogs adopted from us which we will always accept back into our program or work with you to find a way that you can keep them).

We are limited to dogs currently in shelters only within the county of San Diego, do not have a kennel facility of our own, and rely solely on a network of caring foster homes for our rescue dogs.
