Reason for giving up: Dudley has had 1 owner before I brought him home with me about 2 months ago as a favor to my friend who was going to surrender him the next day to a local San Diego County animal shelter. In my haste to save him from an unspeakable fate, my thoughts were of him and not how he would fit in with the other 3 dogs (2 females and 1 male) with which he shares a yard. He loves playing with the girls, but he is not getting along with the other 4-year old male. I have had to break up a couple of fights between them, and I feel Dudley is stressed and would prefer a forever home where he doesn't feel so challenged.

My name is Dudley and I would like to share a home with you and a large king-size bed! I am still learning how to behave on a leash, but with lots of love and attention, I will be your most loyal companion.
